🔼  Tigers In Tennessee. The sixth-ranked women’s basketball team will face their first SEC road test tonight. They’ll play at No. 16 Tennessee at 5:30 p.m. on SEC Network+. This is LSU’s first road game against a ranked opponent this season. The Volunteers suffered their first loss on Sunday to No. 9 Oklahoma. Aneesah Morrow enters the game just 14 points shy of 2,500 in her career.

🔼 Double Trouble. Baseball season is just around the corner and two Tigers earned high praise from Perfect Game. Infielder Daniel Dickinson was named First Team Preseason All-American as he enters his first season at LSU. Right-handed pitcher Anthony Eyanson earned Second Team Preseason All-American honors. LSU’s season begins on February 14 at The Box.

🔼 Preseason Praise. Two Tigers earned Softball America preseason honors! Sydney Berzon was named a 2025 Preseason All-American and ranked No. 8 overall in the publication’s top 100 players. Jayden Heavener ranked No. 97 on the top 100 players list. The freshman was named the 2024 Florida Gatorade Player of the Year and the 2024 MaxPrep National Player of the Year.

🔼 Best In The Boot. The Louisiana Sports Writers Association honored two LSU volleyball players on the All-Louisiana Women’s College Volleyball team! Jurnee Robinson was named the Louisiana Player of the Year and received All-Louisiana First Team honors for the second-straight year. Angelina Lee was named to the All-Louisiana Second Team after a breakout season.

🔼 Watch Out. Women’s basketball players Flau’Jae Johnson and Aneesah Morrow have been named to the Wooden Award Midseason Top 25 Watch List! Johnson is scoring 19.7 points per game, ranking fifth in the SEC. She has scored in double figures in 26 straight games, dating back to last season. Morrow leads the nation with 15 double-doubles and 14 rebounds per game.
