🔼 Quarter Century. Two LSU greats landed on the D1 Softball’s Top 25 Coaches of the Quarter Century list this week! Congratulations are in order for Beth Torina and Yvette Girouard, who were recognized as some of the best in the nation over the last 25 years.
Earlier this month, D1 Softball announced four-time NFCA All-American Sahvanna Jaquish made the All-Quarter Century Team as a Top 25 hitter, giving LSU softball three names on the All-Quarter Century Team.

Epilepsy Alliance Louisiana is partnering with LSU to host “Stand for Epilepsy: No One Stands Alone” on Monday, Nov. 3, 2025 in the Lawton Room at Tiger Stadium. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. CT, and the program begins at 6 p.m. Attendees will hear from Dr. Yash Shah, who’ll lead an educational session on diagnosis and safety, and advocates Matt Moscona and Addie Claire Louviere will share personal stories of living with epilepsy. All registered guests will receive limited-edition Game Day T-shirts (while supplies last).
