🎥 LSU+: Hearing Voices

Hearing Voices: The Voice of the Commodores, Andrew Allegretta

On the latest edition of Hearing Voices, Chris Blair travels to Nashville to visit with Andrew Allegretta, the Voice of the Commodores, to preview Saturday's (early) kickoff with Vandy at FirstBank Stadium.

🔼 Road Winners. LSU soccer picked up a big SEC road win last night, knocking off Ole Miss, 4-1. Gabbi Ceballos opened the scoring for the Tigers in the 32nd minute, and just two minutes later, Amy Smith knocked one home to give LSU a 2-0 lead. After halftime, Ida Hermannsdottir gave the Tigers a 3-0 lead before Smith scored her second of the game to salt away the 4-1 win.

🔼 Final Weekend. LSU volleyball is set to play its last full regular season weekend when play gets underway tonight against Vanderbilt at 7 p.m. The Tigers will then travel to Missouri for a Sunday, Oct. 19, match-up against Missouri at 2 p.m. Friday’s game will air on SEC Network+ while Sunday’s matinee will air live on SEC Network. 🔼 In California. LSU women’s golf will tee off on its final fall event of the season today at the Stanford Intercollegiate. Hosted by Dr. Condoleezza Rice, the tournament will feature 19 teams. For the third straight year, teams will wear pink during the final round for Breast Cancer Awareness month, and teams and fans are encouraged to pledge donations per birdies made by their team. 🔼 Top 10. Scoreboard, powered by Clippd, released its first men’s collegiate national golf rankings this week, and the Tigers checked in at No. 9! The Tigers have won back-to-back tournaments so far during the fall campaign, and LSU will be back on the course beginning Saturday, Oct. 18 at the Fallen Oak Collegiate.
