Hey Fightin’ Podcast: LSU Football Controls its Destiny, But the Work Continues. On the latest edition of Hey Fightin' Podcast, we're talking about an LSU Football team that has won six-straight heading into another road test and a top-15 showdown against Texas A&M. Plus, a recap of the Tigers' win against Arkansas, and a spotlight on some key performances, including Whit Weeks' dominant showing in Fayetteville with nine tackles, one sack, one interception, and a pass breakup.

🔼 High Stakes. Eighth-ranked LSU football is on the road to a battle for the top spot in the SEC. They’ll travel to College Station to play No. 14 Texas A&M tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. The primetime matchup will air on ABC with Chris Fowler, Kirk Herbstreit, and Holly Rowe on the call. Both teams are 6-1 and undefeated in conference play.

🔼 One-Of-A-Kind. The LSU women’s basketball team was the only team with two players on the Preseason SEC Coaches All-Conference First Team with Flau’Jae Johnson and Aneesah Morrow. Mikaylah Williams earned Second Team honors from the coaches. The Tigers were ranked No. 7 in the USA Today/Coaches Poll. ame.

The Tigers dominated Xavier (New Orleans) 114-53 in last night’s exhibition game. Flau’Jae Johnson scored a 30-point, 10-rebound double-double. Aneesah Morrow also posted a double-double with 19 points and 10 rebounds.

🔼 Tigers Tie. LSU soccer battled in last night’s 0-0 draw with Vanderbilt. Sophie Kevorkian recorded a season-high nine saves in her first clean sheet as a Tiger. They’ll finish the regular season at Missouri on Sunday at 3 p.m.

🔼  Trick-Or-Treat. Sunday is your chance to trick-or-treat with the Tigers! You’re invited to attend the Halloween BOOzar from 3-5 p.m. at the Lod Cook Alumni Center. Wear your best costumes and get some candy from LSU student-athletes on this spooky Sunday.
