Galligan tallied a brace in the Tigers regular season finale against Florida in the 45th and 77th minutes on Sunday. She was vital for LSU’s offense against the Gators, taking three shot attempts on the day, with two of those being on target and finding the back of the net, as well as one assist.

🔼 Keep An Eye Out. LSU men’s basketball’s Dedan Thomas Jr. landed on CBS Sports’ Top 100 and 1 list of college players heading into the upcoming season. On Thomas, CBS Sports said: “After spending the first two seasons of his career at UNLV, Thomas is off to his next step. Thomas is a dynamic point guard capable of having a very productive season at the power conference level. He was one of the most fun players to watch in the Mountain West last season.”

🔼 Watch Her. LSU women’s hoops’ Mikaylah Williams is one to watch for the Cheryl Miller Award! The award is given annually to the top small forward in women’s DI college basketball. Williams is one of just 20 small forwards in the nation to land on the award’s preseason watchlist.

🔼 Fall Ball. Come on out to Alex Box Stadium for an LSU baseball intra-squad scrimmage today at 5 p.m. The Tigers will then head down to Biloxi, Mississippi, where they’ll play an intra-squad scrimmage at noon on Saturday, then face Samford in an exhibition game on Sunday morning at 11 a.m. Full details here.
