🔼 Runs Everywhere. LSU baseball scrimmaged against Samford in Biloxi over the weekend, and the Tigers took home the 20-14 win in a 21-inning exhibition contest. Senior infielder Brayden Simpson, a High Point transfer, stole the show with two homers.

LSU will play another exhibition scrimmage on Sunday, Nov. 9, at 1 p.m. in Hammond, La., against Southeastern Louisiana.

Against Ole Miss on Sunday, Washington recorded a season-high 23 kills and hit .310 against her former team and paced the Tigers with 17 digs. It was Washington’s sixth double-double this season and 19th in her career.
