🔼 Survive & Advance. LSU soccer took down the six-seed and No. 24 Auburn in their opening match of the SEC Tournament! The Tigers beat the Tigers 2-1. This was Coach Sian Hudson’s first win over Auburn since her time at LSU, and it was an important one! The Tigers advance to the quarterfinals and will play No. 3 seed Texas tomorrow at 2 p.m. on SEC Network.

🏆 Sydney Cheesman and Ida Hermannsdottir earned All-SEC Third Team honors.

🔼 Tide Turned. LSU volleyball defeated Alabama 3-1 yesterday in front of 2,162 fans, the fifth-largest crowd in program history. The Tigers hit above .300 for the fourth time this season and they’re undefeated when doing so. Jurnee Robinson recorded her 10th double-double of the season with 23 kills and 12 digs.

🔼 It’s Showtime. Today is the start of the season for the seventh-ranked women’s basketball team! They’ll host Eastern Kentucky at 7 p.m. Season tickets are sold out for the second year in a row, but single-game tickets are still available. Monday games will feature a pregame happy hour at concession stands from when doors open until 10 minutes before kickoff. Tonight’s game will stream on SEC Network+.

🔼  Double The Fun. The women’s swimming & diving team picked up two wins over the weekend. They defeated Houston 199-63 and Tulane 165-97. The Tigers won 12 of the 16 events, winning both relays and 10 individual races. They improve to 5-1 on the season. They’ll return to the pool on Friday at Alabama.
