Good morning, Tigers! Lane Kiffin is Baton Rouge-bound! LSU announced the hiring of Kiffin as head coach of LSU Football yesterday afternoon. At the helm of Ole Miss, Kiffin won 55 games during six years at a program that had previously had only two 10-win seasons since 1972.

The Tigers will now head to the ACC/SEC Challenge to take on Boston College in Massachusetts on Wednesday at 6:15 p.m. on the ACC Network.

🔼 100 Club. LSU women’s basketball went over 100 points again as the team won the Paradise Jam Reef Division with a 112-35 win over Washington State. Coach Mulkey’s Tigers are now 10-0 in Thanksgiving tournaments, while the 77-point win is the biggest margin of victory outside of Pete Maravich Assembly Center in program history.

🔼 Defensive Effort. Amiya Joyner earned Defensive Player of the Game honors for LSU women’s basketball during the win over Washington State. Joyner finished with 12 rebounds, five deflections, and wrangled four loose balls.

🔼 Go Bowling. LSU football fell to No. 8 Oklahoma in a tightly contested battle on Saturday afternoon on the road. The Tigers held the Sooners to just 17 points in the 17-13 loss, while LSU’s defense snagged three interceptions. The trio of picks marked the first time LSU has had at least three interceptions away from Tiger Stadium since early in the 2017 season. LSU now awaits its bowl destination and matchup.
