🔼 Led The Pack. The third-ranked women’s basketball team defeated Louisiana-Lafayette, 85-57! Jersey Wolfenbarger had a career day with 18 points and 15 rebounds. Aneesah Morrow also had a double-double with 15 points and 15 boards, her 10th of the season. The Tigers improved to 12-0 with the Basketball Hall of Fame Showcase in Connecticut ahead. They’ll play Seton Hall tomorrow at 5 p.m.
🔼 Tale Of Two Halves. The men’s basketball team fell to 8-2 on the season on Saturday as SMU got the best of the Tigers, winning 74-64. The game proved to be a game of two halves, as the Tigers were able to build as much as a nine-point first-half advantage and led by six at halftime. Jordan Sears led the Tigers with 21 points, four assists, and four steals. Dji Bailey added 13 points, while Cam Carter had 11 points with six assists and three steals. LSU will host Stetson tomorrow; fans can bring a toy to donate to Toys For Tots.
