The Real Deal: LSU Men's Golf Star Árni Sveinsson

Coming off what many believe was the best freshman year in the country, ⁠Árni Sveinsson⁠ was firing on all cylinders this fall to begin his sophomore campaign with an individual title at the Fallen Oak Collegiate Invitational and two SEC Player of the Week honors in LSU's three tournament wins as a team.

🔼 Keep It Rolling. LSU’s secondary continues to shine with two more first-team All-America honors this week. Mansoor Delane and A.J. Haulcey both landed on the Sporting News’ first team.

🔼 More Praise. LSU volleyball’s Journee Robinson earned AVCA All-American Honorable Mention status, becoming the first Tiger to earn the honor since Taylor Bannister in 2018 and the 12th in program history to do so.

🔼 Ranked & Ready. LSU gymnastics will open the season ranked No. 2 by the WCGA! The Tigers earned five first-place votes in the preseason coaches poll, and it will be the second straight year the LSU opens the season ranked second nationally.
