The Path: Finish Strong. LSU Football looks to finish the regular season the right way with back-to-back victories. The Tigers host Oklahoma for the first time ever in Baton Rouge and honor 21 seniors playing their final game in Death Valley.

🔼  Thriller Thursday. The women’s basketball team took down Stanford in an overtime thriller! They won last night’s SEC/ACC Challenge 94-88. The Tigers produced a second-half comeback that ended with Mikaylah Williams hitting a turnaround jumper with four seconds remaining to send the game into overtime. Williams finished the game with 32 points and nine rebounds. Kailyn Gilbert scored 25 points with four assists. Flau’Jae Johnson scored 21 points, adding six assists and three rebounds.

🔜 The Tigers will play Grambling in Bossier City on Sunday.

🔼 Among The Elite. LSU quarterback Garrett Nussmeier has been named a finalist for the Manning Award! He ranks among the top 10 nationally in passing yards per game, completions, and total offense. He ranks second in the SEC with 26 passing touchdowns. Nussmeier’s 3,735 passing yards rank third in LSU history.

🔼  All About Community. LSU’s Josh Williams has been named to the SEC Football Community Service Team! He has been consistent in community service, volunteering at the Baton Rouge Food Bank, visiting children in the hospital, and serving as a mentor to the youth. He also visits local schools to read and spend time with students.

🔼  Sunday Funday. The men’s basketball team will host Florida Gulf Coast on Sunday in the PMAC! Tipoff is set for 2 p.m. on SEC Network+. The Tigers are coming off a win over Florida State in the SEC/ACC Challenge.

🔼 Super Swimming. LSU swimmer Nikola Simic was a star at the Serbian Open Championship! He won three events he swam in — the 400m freestyle, 800m freestyle, and 1500m freestyle. He and the Tigers will get back in the pool in January.
