Leaders within the LSU Athletic Department including Zach Greenwell, Taylor Jacobs, and Jason Feirman introduce The Brand - LSU's award-winning branding unit, merging communications and social media, photo, design, video, podcasts, NIL, and marketing under one umbrella to further elevate the most iconic brand in college sports.

🔼 Hot Coffey. LSU softball’s Danieca Coffey has been named SEC Player of the Week for the second time this season! She led the Tigers with a .750 batting average, nine hits, and seven walks last week. She had three multi-hit games in the five-game weekend.

The fourth-ranked Tigers shut out ULL 14-0 last night! Jayden Heavener threw all five innings, allowing just one hit and striking out four. McKenzie Redoutey went 3-for-3 at the plate, scoring three runs. Tori Edwards launched her ninth home run of the season, finishing the night with four RBI and two runs.

🔼 Up On A Tuesday. LSU baseball dominated Xavier in an 18-4 seven-inning run-rule. The Tigers scored 17 runs in the first three innings. Tanner Reaves launched a grand slam in the third inning. Jared Jones hit his seventh home run of the year, while Daniel Dickinson hit his sixth. They’ll host Missouri this weekend to begin conference play.

🔼 Tourney Time. The men’s basketball team begins play at the SEC Tournament today! They’ll play 10-seed Mississippi State tonight at 6 p.m. on SEC Network. Both teams are looking to bounce back from regular-season finale losses.

🔼 Semi On ‘Em. Women’s basketball’s Aneesah Morrow has been named a semifinalist for the Naismith Defensive Player of the Year Award! She ranks fourth nationally with 8.5 defensive boards per game. She also ranks third in the SEC with 2.6 steals per game.

🔼 Anotha One. LSU gymnast Kailin Chio has been named the SEC Freshman of the Week! She produced scores of 9.900+ on every event on Friday to lead the Tigers to a program-record score over No. 10 Georgia. She posted a career-high 39.800 in the all-around for her fifth title.
