🔼 Let’s Dance. LSU women’s basketball has earned a No. 2 seed in the NCAA Tournament, and will host No. 15 seed Jacksonville in a NCAA First Round matchup in the PMAC on Friday, March 20!

🔼 All-American Tiger. Track & field’s Ella Onojuvwevwo put on a show over the weekend at the NCAA Indoor Championships in Fayetteville, Arkansas, breaking the LSU and African 400-meter record on Day One in the prelims of the event before earning a bronze medal on Day Two with a time of 50.76 seconds.

🔼 Postseason Push. No. 2 LSU gymnastics finished off an undefeated home slate over the weekend, beating No. 8 Arkansas in its regular season finale inside the PMAC, 198.075-197.100. Tiger nation continued to show out in the PMAC for the final home meet of the year as 12,365 fans watched LSU take down Arkansas. The night was highlighted by sophomore Kailin Chio, who scored three perfect 10’s in all three events she competed in. She now owns 10 in her career, the second most by a gymnast in LSU history. Her career total includes five on beam, three on vault and two on floor.

🔼 Next On The Tee. No. 6 LSU men’s golf is on the West Coast this week, teeing it up at the Pauma Valley Invitational in Pauma Valley, California. The Tigers return to Pauma Valley as the reigning champions at the event, and will defend their title against a field that features eight other ranked squads.

LSU Athletics, in partnership with Baton Rouge Area Foundation and Visit Baton Rouge, announces a new initiative, Death Valley Live, which is set to bring world-class entertainment and special events to one of the most iconic venues in America, Tiger Stadium.
