🔼 That’s A Wrap. LSU women’s basketball season came to an end in the Elite Eight yesterday when the Tigers fell to UCLA, 72-65. Flau’Jae Johnson led LSU with 28 points and four assists. Aneesah Morrow left the game with a broken nose, but returned to finish the game with 15 points and seven rebounds. LSU passed the 30-win mark for the third-straight season. Coach Kim Mulkey became the second coach to lead a program to three Elite Eights in her first four seasons at a school.

🔼 Break Out The Brooms. LSU baseball swept Mississippi State over the weekend! The Tigers built off Thursday’s win by taking down the Bulldogs 2-1 on Friday. Anthony Eyanson and Casan Evans held down the mound in a pitcher’s duel. The LSU runs came from home runs by Ethan Frey and Luis Hernandez. LSU earned the sweep on Saturday in a booming 17-8 late night win. The Tigers exploded with eight runs in the first inning, highlighted by a Jared Jones two-run blast. Saturday’s game had a 9:36 p.m. start and continued until 1:44 a.m. on Sunday morning.

🔼 Geaux Low. LSU women’s golf finished third at the Clemson Invitational with a 54-hole total of 26-under par 838, their lowest score since fall 2023. Taylor Riley and Aine Donegan tied for eighth and tenth place individually, respectively. The team will prepare for the SEC Championship in Belleair, Florida starting April 14.

🔼 Sunday Sweep. The sixth-ranked women’s tennis team swept Missouri 4-0 on Sunday, improving their record to 18-4 overall and 8-3 in SEC play. The Tigers won the doubles point and secured the victory with singles wins from No. 102 Tilwith Di Girolami and Kenna Erickson. LSU will host Arkansas and Oklahoma in their final two home matches of the season.
