🔼 Keep Watch. Junior shortstop Steven Milam is on the watch list for the 2026 Brooks Wallace Award, given annually to the nation's best collegiate shortstop. The Las Cruces, N.M., native had a standout 2025 postseason, hitting .385 in 11 NCAA Tournament games with a team-high 13 RBI, then batting .350 with four runs in five College World Series games on the All-Tournament Team. He finished the year with a .979 fielding percentage and a 3.72 GPA, earning Third-Team Academic All-American honors.

🔼 Dive In. Nine Tigers earned spots at the Women's NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships from March 18-21 in Atlanta. Sofia Sartori leads the way with three individual events (100-fly, 200-fly, 200-back), while Michaela de Villiers (50/100-free) and Zoe Carlos-Broc (100-back, 200-IM) each qualified in two. Six qualifiers hold top-25 national times, and all four relay squads are also in, highlighted by the 200-medley relay ranked 10th nationally. The diving team gets its shot at qualifying March 9-11 at the NCAA Zone D Regional in College Station.

LSU Athletics, in partnership with Baton Rouge Area Foundation and Visit Baton Rouge, announces a new initiative, Death Valley Live, which is set to bring world-class entertainment and special events to one of the most iconic venues in America, Tiger Stadium.
