Your YETI Game Changer of the Week is LSU softball pitcher Taylor Riley!

LSU senior Taylor Riley posted four birdies over her final nine holes to shoot what would be one of the day’s lowest rounds Sunday as the stroke play portion of the SEC Women’s Golf Championship concluded at Pelican Golf Club.

🔼 Stars of Louisiana. LSU women's basketball dominated the 2026 All-Louisiana team, with Flau'jae Johnson earning Louisiana Player of the Year and MiLaysia Fulwiley taking Newcomer of the Year honors. Johnson capped a rare four-year career at LSU, averaging 14.2 points per game, finishing among just 14 active players nationally with 2,000-plus career college points, and earning All-America Third Team recognition and her second straight All-SEC First Team nod.

Mikaylah Williams joined Johnson on the All-Louisiana first team after leading the Tigers in assists, three-pointers, and minutes while also earning All-SEC First Team honors for the second straight year. Fulwiley, who led LSU in scoring and earned SEC Sixth Woman of the Year, was named to the All-Louisiana second team. The Tigers' 2025-26 offense set program and NCAA records, including 16 games with 100-plus points.

🔼 Welcome Home. LSU indoor volleyball has named Trey Cruz as Associate Head Coach, bringing the Baton Rouge native back to the program for a second full-time stint. Cruz previously served as an LSU assistant from 2018-2021, helping develop All-SEC stars Taylor Bannister and Raigen Cianciulli, the program's all-time leaders in kills and digs, respectively. He returns from Rice, where he spent three seasons as Associate Head Coach, helping the Owls claim their first American Conference regular-season championship and an NCAA Tournament berth in 2025.
