🐯 And so much more!
🔼 Sweet 16. LSU softball knocked off McNeese, 16-0, last night in a run-rule victory to celebrate Bark in the Park, matching a season high in runs and logging the Tigers' eighth shutout of the year. All nine starters collected hits as part of a 14-hit attack, with Jalia Lassiter belting a two-run homer and driving in three, while Destiny Harris matched that with a career-high three RBI of her own. The bottom of the order did heavy lifting, combining for seven hits and eight RBI. Three LSU pitchers combined on a one-hitter, and the Tigers closed out the regular season 7-0 against in-state opponents. LSU wraps up the regular season with a three-game series against Auburn starting April 30 at Tiger Park.

🔼 Midweek W. LSU baseball picked up a midweek win, 12-4, over Southeastern Louisiana last night. Danny Lachenmayer earned the win on the mound for the Tigers, who were led offensively by Derek Curiel’s 3-for-4 night. Curiel logged a home and two RBIs, while Jack Ruckert also drove in two. Cade Arrambide and Tanner Reaves each went 2-for-4 with an RBI. The Tigers kick off a three-game homestand against South Carolina on Friday at 6:30 p.m.

🔼 Top Five Tigers. LSU track and field continues to stack national rankings, with the men climbing to No. 2 and the women holding steady at No. 4 in the latest USTFCCCA outdoor rankings. The Tigers boast 13 individuals and four relays ranked in the nation's top 10, led by Ella Onojuvwevwo's NCAA-best 49.59 in the 400 meters. Jaiden Reid sits No. 3 nationally in the 200 meters, Isaac Lewis is No. 4 in the 400-meter hurdles, and Princesse Hyman ranks No. 4 in the discus.

🔼 Young Heroes Visit. LSU football hosted the seven members of the 2026 Louisiana Young Heroes class for a tour of the Football Operations Building and Tiger Stadium on Monday. The honorees, recognized by Louisiana Public Broadcasting for academic excellence, community service, and personal resilience, visited The Brand and South Stadium Productions, saw the Jeff Boss Locker Room, and enjoyed an on-field experience at Tiger Stadium. The Louisiana Young Heroes program has celebrated over 236 outstanding high school students since 1996, and this year's class features young leaders tackling everything from epilepsy advocacy and literacy initiatives to robotics and international humanitarian work.
