🔼 Teed Off. LSU women's golf sits sixth after round one of the NCAA Waco Regional, one shot behind fifth-place Tulsa and very much in the hunt for one of five advancement spots. Sophomore Francesca Fiorellini carried the Tigers with a 3-under 67, tied for fourth in the field, highlighted by a stunning bunker chip-in on her second hole that sparked her momentum for the day. Josefin Widal stepped into the lineup as an overnight replacement for an under-the-weather Rocio Tejedo and contributed a solid 2-over 72. The Tigers tee off on today’s second round alongside Tennessee and Tulsa at 8 a.m. off the 10th tee.
