🎥 LSU+: DEFYING THE ODDS

LSU's ace starting pitchers Kade Anderson and Anthony Eyanson have
felt the fruits of their labor from the offseason come to life.

As one of the best starting pitching duos in the country, Anderson and
Eyanson have paced the Tigers' staff to be in the hunt for
a national seed come NCAA tournament time.

🔼 Among The Elite. Kade Anderson took his rightful place among the elite players in the country over the weekend.

On Sunday, the southpaw was named among a list of 25 semifinalists for the 2025 Golden Spikes Award.

With Anderson on the list, LSU leads the nation with 12 years of representation and 18 all-time selections on a Golden Spikes Award semifinalist list.

Anderson, a native of Madisonville, La., is the 15th LSU player to earn the honor.

🔼 Feeling Golden. Hopefully Michaela Rose has plenty of storage.

The senior grabbed yet another 800m title at this weekend’s SEC Outdoor Championships, setting a record with her third outdoor title in a a row and sixth overall.

Rose clocked a time 1:59.75 to earn the win by almost two seconds, scoring 10 points for the Tigers. She will be searching for the NCAA record this postseason, a time that she has solely trailed as the No. 2 runner in NCAA history since her sophomore season.

As a team, the LSU women finished seventh with a team score of 55 points, while the men finished in ninth with 45 points.

🔼 Movin’ On. The Tigers enjoyed California so much, they figured they’d stay a few more days.

Saving their best for last, the LSU women’s golf team fired a 3-under in the final nine holes of Sunday’s round at the NCAA Championships to secure a spot in the first team cut, earning a chance to battle for a spot in match play on Tuesday.

Firing their best round of the NCAA Championships on Sunday, the Tigers will now look to climb into the top-8 after Monday’s final stroke play round.

Elsa Svenson, who was huge down the stretch on Sunday, sits at 6-under for the three rounds, good for fourth place overall on the individual leaderboard.

🔼 Tourney Time. In March, the madness happens on the court.

In May, the madness happens on the diamond and there will be no more competitive week in the country than at the SEC Tournament in Hoover, Ala.

The top-ranked Tigers head east this week as the third-seed in this year’s event and will play on Friday evening either Auburn or the winner of Texas A&M and Mississippi State.
