The YETI Game Changer of the Week is LSU baseball legend Paul Skenes. He is one of only four pitchers in MLB history to earn an All-Star start on the mound in back-to-back seasons.
⏱️ COUNTDOWN TO KICKOFF: 4️⃣6️⃣ DAYS

A year after the end of World War II, the 1946 LSU football team marched to a 9-1-1 record (5-1 against SEC opponents) and earned a berth in the Cotton Bowl Classic.
Under the direction of head coach Bernie Moore, in his 12th season, the Tigers stifled opponents defensively, holding them to an average of only 178.6 yards per game. For the season, LSU outscored the opposition, 240-123.
Offensively, the team was led by quarterback Y. A. Tittle who completed 45 of 95 passes for 780 yards and 13 touchdowns.
