Tigers Win: Sian Hudson and Tonya Johnson Preview LSU Soccer and LSU Volleyball Seasons

Fall sports are almost here. LSU Volleyball is at camp and LSU Soccer is hosting their first exhibition tonight vs. Alabama. Head Coaches Sian Hudson and Tonya Johnson stopped by the podcast lounge to preview it all as August arrives in Baton Rouge.

🔼 Ranked & Ready. History before the season even starts! LSU soccer will open its 2026 campaign ranked No. 16 in the United Soccer Coaches Preseason Poll, marking the first preseason national ranking in program history. It follows the Tigers' most successful season ever in 2025, which featured a first-ever NCAA Sweet 16 appearance, a program-record-tying 15 victories and a run to the SEC Tournament Championship match.

🔼 Tigers On TV. LSU volleyball is hitting the airwaves in 2026! The Tigers will make four linear television appearances, starting with the SEC/Big Ten Challenge matchup at Michigan State on Sept. 1, airing on the Big Ten Network. Three SEC Network broadcasts from the Pete Maravich Assembly Center follow: Vanderbilt on Sept. 30, Missouri on Oct. 4, and the regular-season TV finale against Arkansas on Nov. 4. Season tickets are on sale now!
