🔼  Remembering A Tiger. Former LSU offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Steve Kragthorpe passed away over the weekend after battling Parkinson’s Disease. He was diagnosed in 2011, seven months after being hired as offensive coordinator. He stayed on staff as quarterbacks coach in 2011 and 2012. After the 2012 season, he moved to an analyst role and remained at LSU through 2018.

🔼 Pro Tigers. Former Tigers are making headlines in their respective professional leagues! Josh Smith hit his first walk-off home run with the Texas Rangers to beat the Houston Astros, earning Player of the Game. Heisman winning quarterback Jayden Daniels is listed as the starting quarterback of the Washington Commanders on their first depth chart of the season.

🔼 Non-Conference Matchups. The 2024 men’s basketball non-conference schedule is here! There are 13 non-conference matchups in November and December, including nine home games and three neutral site games. The season will start on November 6 as the Tigers host ULM. They’ll head to West Virginia for the Greenbrier Tipoff later that month. December will begin with the SEC/ACC Challenge hosting Florida State.
