Hearing Voices. As the Tigers prepare to kick off SEC play, Chris Blair sits down with Todd Ellis, the "Voice of the Gamecocks," to preview Saturday's matchup in Columbia. Ellis, a former quarterback for South Carolina from 1986-1989, also provides listeners with some insight into his own playing days and his career as a sports broadcaster.

🔼 It’s Showtime. The weekend is here and LSU football is back! The Tigers will play at South Carolina tomorrow at 11 a.m. College Gameday will be on-site in Columbia, so be sure to tune in to ESPN when you wake up! The game will air on ABC when Gameday concludes.

🔼  Ballin’ In The Bay. LSU soccer began their California road trip with a 4-1 win at San Francisco! Ida Hermannsdottir scored the first and last goals of the match. Danielle Shannon scored her first career goal at LSU and Ava Galligan scored the other nearly two minutes later. They’ll play at UC Davis on Sunday at 2 p.m.

🔼 Bouncing Back. The volleyball team lost their first match at No. 18 Baylor, 3-1. Jurnee Robinson recorded her sixth match of the season with 20 or more kills. They’ll return to the court to play Samford today at 5 p.m.

🔼 Tigers Team Up. Two former LSU women’s golfers will team up on the European squad at the Solheim Cup this weekend! Madelene Sagstrom is playing her fourth Solheim Cup and Caroline Martens is vice-captain. The tournament is being played at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Virginia, just outside Washington D.C.
