🔼 Pack The PMAC. The men’s basketball team will host No. 21/22 Ole Miss tonight at 6 pm. Coach McMahon is calling on you to show up and pack the PMAC! The first 500 students will receive free Whataburger. The Tigers are looking for their third SEC win, after a loss at Auburn over the weekend. The game will be televised on the SEC Network.

🔼 Her Specialty. Freshman gymnast Konnor McClain was named the SEC Specialist of the Week! She scored a perfect 10 on bars at the Sprouts Collegiate Quad Meet, her second collegiate meet. Her score helped the Tigers earn the program’s highest recorded bars score on the road. She ranks No. 15 in the nation on the event.

🔼 Eight Is Great. The gymnastics team came in at No. 8 in the Road to Nationals poll. The squad finished second in the Sprouts Famers Market Collegiate Quad over the weekend, beating No. 2 Utah and No. 12 UCLA. LSU ranks top-five in the country on three events — No. 5 on vault, No. 5 on bars, and No. 2 on floor. Seven Tigers are in this week’s individual top-25 rankings.

🔼  Comin’ In Hot. The LSU softball team landed at No. 12 in Softball America’s 2024 Preseason Poll! The 2023 Tigers went 42-17 overall for the program’s sixth 40+ win season in nine years. They led the SEC with 489 hits and carried a .312 batting average, which was third in the conference. LSU returns 18 letter winners, including an All-America, a Gold Glove winner, five NFCA South All-Region First Team members, and six All-SEC honorees. Get excited, Tiger fans! The season starts on February 8!
