In The Dirt. Don’t forget to watch the first episode of the newest series, In the Dirt! In the Dirt, a new podcast hosted by catchers Hayden Travinski & Alex Milazzo, covers the ins and outs of LSU Baseball through the takes of best friends. 📈 STOCK UP

🔼  Double-Double Duo. The women’s basketball team got their 11th-straight win yesterday, defeating Northwestern State 81-36! The double-double duo of Angel Reese and Aneesah Morrow was in full force, Angel led the team with 25 points and 14 rebounds while Aneesah had 16 points and 14 rebounds as well. Aneesah has had seven-straight double-doubles. Mikaylah Williams swapped shoes at halftime and proceeded to score 14 points in the second half. The Tigers will head to Maryland to play Coppin State on Wednesday.

🔼 Graduate Champions. There were 31 student-athletes that received degrees in Friday’s fall commencement! Eight of them earned their master’s degree. The soccer team led all LSU sports with eight grads. Check out all of the student-athletes who received their degree!

🔼 Gaus-ome. Former Tiger Kevin Gausman was named an All MLB Second-Team selection! He’s currently with the Toronto Blue Jays and held a 3.16 ERA this season. He led the American League in strikeouts with 237 and fWAR at 5.3. He and the Blue Jays made it to the playoffs, where they eventually fell to the Minnesota Twins.

🔼 Practice Round. The gymnastics squad held their annual Gym 101 showcase over the weekend. They showcased 50 routines as we look towards the 2024 season. Freshmen Konnor McClain, Amari Drayton, and Kylie Coen plus newcomers Savannah Schoenherr and Jillian Hoffman made their Purple & Gold debuts. There were some strong showings from the returning Tigers, giving lots to look forward to this season. Relive the day!

Today, we’re introducing you to beach volleyball’s Strength and Conditioning Coach, Katie Guillory. She was a softball player for the Tigers from 2009-13 and bleeds Purple & Gold. Learn more about her and her role!
