Behind The Scenes. The mastermind behind the camera of The Climb joins Tigers Win! Creative Content Producer Giovanni Lamonte recaps the gymnastics season and what it was like to tell their story.

🔼 Sunday Showdown. LSU softball shook off Friday’s loss like it never happened. They came out for Sunday’s double header looking for two wins, and they got them both. Seniors Ali Kilponen and Georgia Clark had a Senior Day to remember, Ali earned a win and Georgia hit her 12th long ball of the season. LSU beat the Georgia Bulldogs 2-1 in the first game of the double header and run-ruled them 9-1 in the second. The Tigers will take on Ole Miss in the SEC Tournament on Wednesday in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

🔼 Paul Ball. Friday night was a career night for Paul Skenes, he threw a career high 15 strikeouts in the 3-0 win. He allowed zero runs through 7.1 innings in the shutout. Coach Jay Johnson said “when Paul Skenes is pitching, I’m living the best days of my life,” and that’s something we all can agree with!

🔼 Building A Dynasty. Nobody works harder than Coach Mulkey & Co. as they continue to build a dynasty here at LSU. We already know about Hailey Van Lith joining the National Champions, but now there’s another new transfer in town. Annesah Morrow, also known as the No. 2 transfer in the portal, officially committed to LSU on Friday. Annesah is an All-American forward from DePaul who averaged 25.7 points and 12.2 rebounds per game. She’ll be joining her new teammates, Angel Reese and Flau’jae Johnson, at the 2023 USA AmeriCup Team Trials.

🔼 In The Spotlight. The women’s golf team takes on the Palm Beach Regional as the No. 1 seed, starting today. The squad is led by the 2023 SEC Coach of the Year, Garrett Runion. Also bringing in SEC honors are seniors Ingrid Lindblad and Latanna Stone who were both named First Team All-SEC. Sophomore Aine Donegan picked up Second Team honors and freshman Taylor Riley made the Community Service Team. To wrap up all the conference honors, Edit Hertzman made the All-Freshman Team. The Tigers finished No. 3 in the final rankings.

Chasing A Championship. Women’s golf is chasing a trip to Scottsdale, Arizona for the NCAA Championships.

Todays question — How many consecutive years have the Tigers been to Scottsdale for the NCAA Championships?
