Behind The Seams. Look good, feel good: to honor LSU Gymnastics on the 5th anniversary of their previous SEC Championship title in New Orleans, assistant coach Ashleigh Gnat recreated the glamour and shine of the aptly-named Wonder Woman leotard to produce "Shero."

📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Geauxing To The ‘Ship. The dance will continue for the LSU gymnastics team! The Tigers won the 2024 NCAA Regional Championship on Saturday to advance to the NCAA Championship Semifinals in Fort Worth, Texas. The Tigers led the field with a 198.250 final score, defeating No. 10 Arkansas, No. 7 Kentucky, and No. 15 Minnesota. Haleigh Bryant recorded two perfect 10’s on vault and bars. The NCAA Championships will take place April 18-20.

🔼 Dug Deep. The Sandy Tigs went 3-1 at the Georgia State Diggin’ Duals over the weekend. The Tigers dominated on Friday, sweeping Southern Miss and beating No. 17 Stetson, 4-1. Reilly Allred and Ellie Shank picked up their 75th career wins as Tigers. On Saturday, the Tigers fell to host school No. 15 Georgia State, but bounced back to take down FGCU. They’ll return home to host the Battle on the Bayou this weekend.

🔼 All Tied Up. Yesterday, the LSU softball team evened the series at No. 10 Florida, but it wasn’t drama free. The Tigers got their third extra innings win as Sydney Berzon and Kelley Lynch combined for 14 strikeouts. The offense was just as dominant, recording their 13th game with 10 or more hits this season. Maci Bergeron tied her career-high with three hits, while Ciara Briggs set a season-high with three of her own. The Tigers won 4-3 and will play the rubber match tonight at 6 pm on SEC Network.

🔼 Forever A Tiger. LSU women’s basketball legend Seimone Augustus will be the first LSU women’s basketball player to join the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame. She won National Player of the Year, SEC Player of the Year, the Wooden Award, and the Honda Award twice at LSU. She also led the Tigers to three-straight Final Four Appearances. She went on to win four WNBA Championships and a finals MVP honor. Her No. 33 jersey hangs in the rafters of the PMAC. Hear from Seimone as she reflects on her journey to the top.
