📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Keep Geauxing. LSU gymnastics is still dancing! They finished first in session two of the Fayetteville Regional to advance to the regional final. They scored the highest across both sessions with a 197.800. They’ll compete against No. 7 Kentucky, host-team No. 10 Arkansas, and Minnesota tomorrow at 5 pm on ESPN+.

🏆 The LSU coaches picked up some 2024 NCAA Regional Awards before the competition. Jay Clark was named Region One Head Coach of the Year and his staffed earned Region One Assistant Coaches of the Year.

🔼 Big Bounce Back. The baseball team got back in the swing of things with a 10-6 win over No. 6 Vanderbilt last night! The Tigers scored six in the third inning, starting with a Josh Pearson home run. Mac Bingham helped extend the lead to 9-0 with a solo homer in the fourth. Luke Holman threw 4.1 perfect innings and added 10 strikeouts. They’ll continue the series tonight at 7 pm on SEC Network and Saturday at 2 pm.

🏆 It turned out to be a successful Thursday, Tommy White and Luke Holman were named to the Golden Spikes Award Midseason Watch List as two of the best amateur baseball players in the country.

🔼 Softball In The Swamp. LSU softball is starting the second half of their SEC schedule at No. 10 Florida this weekend. This top 10 matchup will start tomorrow at 5 pm on ESPN. On Sunday, they’ll play on ESPNU at 1 pm. The Tigers are coming off a series sweep of Texas A&M and a midweek win over ULM.

🔼 Dig Deep. The No. 8 Sandy Tigs will take on the Georgia State Diggin’ Duals this weekend. They’ll play Southern Miss and No. 17 Stetson today and No. 15 Georgia State and Florida Gulf Coast tomorrow. Last weekend, the Tigers took down No. 1 USC.

🔼 Not Done Yet. The week continues for women’s golfer Ingrid Lindblad at the 2024 Augusta National Women’s Amateur. She sits tied for fifth to advance to the final round on Saturday at the Augusta National Country Club. The finale will be live on NBC and Peacock at 11 am.
