Good morning! It’s Pro Day at LSU! NFL teams and over 125 media members will be at the most covered Pro Day in school history to see 13 members of the 2023 LSU football team.

📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Triple The Tanks. The seventh-ranked LSU baseball team launched three home runs in last night’s 8-4 win over Southeastern Louisiana! Mac Bingham, Tommy White, and Hayden Travinski were responsible for the homers to highlight the Tigers 12-hit performance. Mac went 3-for-3 at the plate with an RBI and a run in addition to his homer. Justin Loer earned the win, working 1.2 scoreless innings and two strikeouts. Up next, the Tigers will head to No. 1 Arkansas for a three-game series beginning tomorrow.

🔼 Bombs Away. LSU softball was also seeing the ball well, they notched a 10-2 win at Nicholls last night. Ciara Briggs and McKaela Walker hit home runs to highlight the Tigers’ trip to Thibodaux. Maddox McKee had a career-high three hits with two RBIs. Raelin Chaffin picked up the win in the circle after throwing a complete game with five strikeouts. The Tigers will host No. 11 Texas A&M tomorrow at 6 pm.

🔼 Gone Winnin’. The men’s golf team are Hootie at Bulls Bay Champions! They picked up their third win of the season with a score of 15-under. Jay Mendell tied for first individually, while Connor Gaunt and Drew Doyle tied for fourth. The Tigers were neck-and-neck with New Mexico, until they broke away and won by six strokes.

🔼 Run, Run, Run Away. Women’s track & field star Michaela Rose was named SEC Women’s Runner of the Week for the third time this season! She set a collegiate record in the 600m at the Keyth Talley Invitational on Saturday. She also aided in the 4×400m relay team’s first-place finish that ranked third in the country.

🔼 Path To The Draft. Defensive tackle Mekhi Wingo had an impressive NFL Combine performance. He ran a 4.85s 40-yard dash, the second-fastest among his position. He also had the fastest 10-yard split of any defensive tackle at 1.64s. The bearer of No. 18 will be showing more of his skills at today’s LSU Pro Day, competing in the pro agility shuttle run, three cone drill, and bench press.
