🔼 Piece Of Cake. LSU men’s basketball made a statement in last night’s 106-60 win over Mississippi Valley State! Will Baker baked up a storm with a career-high 29 points in 19 minutes. Jordan Wright led the team with four steals and added 12 points. The LSU defense held the Delta Devils to a 38.2 field goal percentage and forced 22 turnovers that converted to 35 points. This was LSU’s first 100-point scoring game since 2021. They’ll be back in the PMAC on Friday as they host Nicholls at 7pm.

🔼 What Happens In Vegas. Stays in Vegas. The women’s basketball team is leaving the 92-78 loss to No. 20 Colorado in Las Vegas and focusing on what’s next. Freshman Mikaylah Williams made a name for herself, leading the Tigers with 17 points. Angel Reese picked up where she left off and recorded a double-double with 15 points and 12 rebounds. Colorado fired ten three-pointers and just couldn’t miss. The Tigers will be home on Thursday as they host Queens (NC) at 7pm. Before the game, LSU will receive its national championship rings and raise the banner in the PMAC.

🔼  Let’s Dance. For the third-straight year, the Tigers are in the NCAA Soccer Tournament! They’ll head to 6-seeded Memphis for the first round of the tournament on Saturday at 7pm. The Memphis Tigers were crowned ACC Champions and received an automatic bid to the tournament. The winner will advance to the second round next weekend.
