The Climb. In the season finale, the LSU Gymnastics team completes their climb at the summit of their successes showcasing unparalleled determination and unity, leaving an indelible mark on the sport's history.

🔼  Took Over Texas. The Tigers are NCAA Bryan Regional Champions! The women’s golf team battled back yesterday after starting the day in third-place. They took the lead and won the regional at 8-under par, four shots ahead of the second-place teams. Ingrid Lindblad finished as the individual champion at 12-under, winning by three shots. She finished the tournament with 19 birdies. Latanna Stone finished tied for sixth-place and Carla Tejedo finished tied for 13th. The Tigers will play in the NCAA Championships later this month in Carlsbad, California.

🔼 Sydney’s Circle. LSU softball took nearly four hours and 14 innings to advance to the second round of the SEC Tournament! The Tigers took down Alabama 3-2 in extra innings. Sydney Berzon was a warrior as she threw an SEC Tournament record of 14 innings and 208 pitches in the win. Taylor Pleasants owned the moment with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 14th as she hit a shot to the outfield to bring in the winning run. They’ll play Tennessee today at 10 a.m. on the SEC Network.

🏆 Ali Newland continues to get recognized for all of her hard work. She made a possible game-saving catch in left field and was named the 2024 SEC Scholar-Athlete of the Year all in one day.

🔼 Country Roads. LSU men’s basketball will be heading to West Virginia in November for the inaugural Greenbrier Tip-Off at the famous Greenbrier Resort! LSU, Wisconsin, Pittsburgh, and UCF are the four teams participated in the two-game bracketed tournament. Travel packages with game tickets and accommodations will be available on May 21 for fans who want to make the trip.

🔼 Our Time. The LSU track & field teams remained in the same spots as last week in the USTFCCCA Rankings. The women’s team sticks to the No. 1 spot and the men are No. 3. They go into the SEC Outdoor Track & Field Championships with 23 marks inside the top 10 of the national rankings. Claudio Romero, Michaela Rose, and the men’s 4×100m A team hold No. 1 rankings. The SEC Championships begin today in Gainesville, Florida.
