🎥 LSUGOLD: CAMP FILES

Stacking Days. The second week of camp is underway.

As camp continues, the Tigers look to keep stacking days of improvement as the start of the 2024 season gets closer.

🔼 Poll Position. The Tigers enter the 2024 season with expectations where they always are, amongst the nation’s best.

This week, the Associated Press released its preseason poll, which has LSU ranked 13th.

🔼 It’s Time For The Perk-olater. Watch list season is in full effect and the latest Tiger to earn recognition came on Monday when Harold Perkins was named to the Bednarik Award Watch List for 2024.

The Bednarik Award is given annually to college football’s top defensive player.

The junior LB from New Orleans is looking to build on back-to-back All-SEC Second Team accolades. In his two years with the Tigers, Perkins has racked up 147 tackles, 13 sacks, seven forced fumbles and two INTs.

🎥 LSUGOLD: INSIDE THE VAULT

There have been many great moments in the 100-year history of Tiger Stadium.

In October of 2007, the Tigers had to overcome a 17-7 halftime deficit, and with one second remaining, and 92,630 fans holding their collective breath, LSU’s Demetrius Byrd caught a 22-yard touchdown pass from Matt Flynn in the corner of the north endzone to defeat No. 18 Auburn, 30-24.
