🔼 In The Trenches. Three Tigers were named to the Lombardi Award Preseason Watch List! Will Campbell, Emery Jones Jr., and Harold Perkins Jr. have caught eyes as three of the most outstanding linemen in college football. Lombardi Award winners also epitomize their values of leadership, courage, performance, and discipline on and off the field.

🔼  Golden TKN. The LSU duo of Kristen Nuss and Taryn Kloth won gold at the AVP Manhattan Beach Open! This was their first tournament after making their Olympic debut in Paris.

🔼 That Kid QB1. Former LSU quarterback Jayden Daniels has been named the starting quarterback of the Washington Commanders. Head coach Dan Quinn said, “he’s ready and he’s earned the right.” Daniels went 10-of-12 with 78 yards in their preseason game against Miami. They’ll begin the season taking on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on September 8.
