Good morning. It's another great day, or year, to be a Tiger. Baseball remains No. 1, the track and field teams are ranked No. 5 and 6, women's basketball is on top of the world, women's golf is No. 3. We could keep going, but that would take all morning.

🔼 The Best In Baseball. That's right, LSU baseball (24-4) is still the unanimous No. 1 team in the country for the seventh week in a row. After taking a huge series from Tennessee and breaking the three-game series attendance record (37,424), the boys are back in "The Box" tonight. LSU is hosting in-state foe Nicholls (17-13) at 6:30pm CT. The Tigers own the all-time record over the Colonels, 15-4, including the last three matchups.
LSU has the second best team batting average in the country with a .339. Dylan Crews is still leading the nation by far with his whopping .543 average. LSU also has three pitchers with a 1.00 or below ERA in Garrett Edwards, Paul Skenes, and Griffin Herring. Skenes was just named Collegiate Baseball's National Player of the Week for the fifth time this season. One player to watch on the other side for Nicholls is Edgar Alvarez. He leads the Colonels in batting average (.341), hits (42), doubles (13), RBIs (22), and is tied for the most home runs with 4.
🔼 Keeping Track. You might want to start keeping track of all the records LSU track and field will break this outdoor season. The Tigers set two school records and two new Texas Relays' records this past weekend. On top of that, they brought home five event wins. The LSU women rank No. 6 and the men rank No. 5 in this weeks USTFCCCA polls.
The Tigers won the women's 4x800-meter relay with the squad of Lorena Rangel-Batres, Callie Hardy, Cindy Bourdier, and Michaela Rose. This group set a new Texas Relay's record with a time of 8:20.69, which is also No. 1 in the world. The men's 4x100-meter relay group of Brandon Hicklin, Dorian Camel, Da’Marcus Fleming, and Godson Oghenebrume improved their time to 38.53, which is first in the nation and second in the world. Alia Armstrong grabbed the second fastest time in the world during the 100-meter hurdles, coming in second place with a 12.57 time. Leah Phillips was right behind her in third.
🔼 Tee Time. Men's golf is currently playing in the Mossy Oak Collegiate in West Point, Mississippi. The first two rounds occurred yesterday morning and the final round is today. The lineup consists of Drew Doyle, Garrett Barber, Cohen Trolio, Nicholas Arcement, and Luke Askew. Doyle has had five top-10 finishes this season. The Tigers currently sit in 7th place after round two was suspended last night and will resume at 8:00am CT this morning.
🔼 It's A Parade Inside My City. Join the national champions as they parade through campus tomorrow at 6:30pm CT. It will begin at LSU's School of Music. The celebration will continue in the Maravich Center at 7:00pm CT with special guests and a trophy presentation taking place. The event can be streamed on Facebook Watch, YouTube, and SEC Network+.
