The Vault. Since the 2003 National Championship team is being honored during Saturday’s game, let’s step into The Vault and relive some of the best moments from that season!

With a mix of guts, will, heart and talent and spurred by a biased crowd that was the largest to watch a sporting event in the Louisiana Superdome, LSU (13-1) won its first football National Championship in 45 years by pounding Heisman Trophy winner Jason White and topping his Oklahoma Sooners, 21-14, on January 4, 2004. Relive the day now on LSU GOLD.

Ingrid Lindblad landed on the Final Fall Watchlist for the 2024 ANNIKA Award, given to the top female collegiate golfer. Connor Gaunt made the Final Fall Watchlist for the Haskins Award, given to the top male collegiate golfer. They’ll both be back on the green in the spring.

🔼 Back In The PMAC. The men’s basketball team is back in the PMAC for game two! They play in-state foe Nicholls tonight at 7pm on SEC Network+. The Tigers started the week 1-0 with a big 106-60 win over Mississippi Valley State. Tickets start at $10 and students get in free with a valid ID. Students will also receive a free “Boot Up” t-shirt! This will be the last home game until November 24.

🔼  Celebrate Good Times. The celebration is set! The 2023 National Championship team will parade down Victory Hill tomorrow at 4pm and a ring ceremony will begin in the PMAC at 4:30pm. All fans are invited to attend for free!

The Tigers will play an intrasquad scrimmage today at 2pm. On Sunday, they’ll host UL-Lafayette at Alex Box Stadium for an 18-inning exhibition game. It’ll start at 12pm and admission is free of charge.

Working Towards Elite. Jacob Hester and Harrison Valentine recap LSU's 42-28 loss to Alabama, highlighting elite performances on offense and continued struggles on defense. Plus, a look ahead as the Gators travel to Tiger Stadium on Saturday for an LSU-Florida matchup that always delivers.
