🔼 Now We Wait. The Tigers pulled off a fourth-quarter comeback on Saturday to beat Texas A&M, 42-30. LSU ended the regular season 7-0 at home. Harold Perkins Jr. led the defense with nine tackles. Malik Nabers finished the game with six catches, 122 yards, and two touchdowns, breaking the all-time reception record. Jayden Daniels became the fifth player in SEC history with 50 touchdowns in a season, joining former Tiger Joe Burrow. The Tigers moved up to No. 13 in the AP and Coaches Polls. Now, we wait for their bowl destination.

🔼 More Morrow. The LSU women’s basketball team left the Cayman Island Classic with two wins! They defeated Niagara 99-65 and Virginia 76-73. Aneesah Morrow was named to the Cayman Islands Classic All-Tournament Team after averaging 32.5 points per game and 13 rebounds per game. She had 37 points and 16 rebounds in Saturday’s win over Virginia. Flau’Jae Johnson was big on the boards too, grabbing a career-high 15 rebounds against Virginia. The Tigers host a Final Four rematch against Virginia Tech on Thursday.

🔼 Accolades For The Rook. The Tigers finished the regular volleyball season over the week, which means it’s award season! Jurnee Robinson was named to the 2023 SEC All-Freshman Team. She finished ranked No. 6 in the conference with 3.87 kills and 4.46 points per set. Her kills statistic ranks No. 5 among DI freshmen. She recorded five double-doubles and four matches with 20 or more kills.
