🔼 Double-Double Queens. The women’s basketball team took the Tide with ease at Alabama last night! The Tigers won 78-58 in front of the largest crowd in Alabama women’s basketball history. Angel Reese and Aneesah Morrow had 20 points each and recorded double-doubles. Angel had 17 rebounds for her 10th double-double of the season, while Aneesah had 11 boards for her 12th. This is the sixth game this season that they have recorded a double-double each. Flau’Jae Johnson added 10 points and eight rebounds. The Tigers will be back in the PMAC on Sunday as they take on Arkansas at 4 pm.

🔼 World Class. The gymnastics squad will host No. 6 Kentucky tonight at 8 pm for their SEC opener! LSU holds the series record over Kentucky, 85-10-0. Introductions will start at 7:52 pm and first vault is set for 8:05 pm. The first 1,000 fans will receive a free t-shirt created by Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital patients in honor of cancer awareness. Three-time Olympic gold medalist Aly Raisman will be in the building, making her NCAA broadcasting debut! You can tune in on the SEC Network.

🔼  Top Tigers. Four LSU softball players were named Top 100 by D1Softball! Taylor Pleasants ranked No. 22, Sydney Berzon landed at 24, Gold Glove winner Ciara Briggs ranked No. 35, and Danieca Coffey ranked 77. D1Softball ranked the Tigers at No. 17 in their Preseason Poll. General admission season tickets and single-game tickets are now on sale. The season starts in just 20 days!
